Project Scope

Our Customer was growing and took over adjoining space. Their current facility cabling plant was not sufficient.  A new Server Room was required, as well as an upgrade of Phone System and Voicemail.

Schedule

Critical Business Issue: Work had to be done with minimal downtime for 24/7 operation.  Phone System and Voicemail had to fit within budget and cash flow requirements, and be easy to use and train.  The client said reliability was important.

MyOffice rewired the entire facility to a central Server Room. Racking and HVAC also installed. Installation of a two year old refurbished brand name Phone System and Voicemail installed. We also provided a 2 year warranty.

Company outgrew capacity of current Phone System.  Needed to seamlessly link remote office in Oregon.

Critical Business Issue

Employees had used an old system for years which was not change or technology friendly.  Connectivity to Oregon office had to be seamless and reliable, with 4 digit dialing, transfer, and central voicemail.
