- Situation Analysis / Engineering: Review architectural drawings, assess cables per station / office, review data center / IDF requirements, discuss building engineering issues, review customer specifications and requirements.
- Estimating: Create a bill of materials, check inventories, confirm suppliers, verify costs, calculate personnel and man hours required.
- Project Management: Review documentation, verify timelines, schedule materials and suppliers, assign personnel and man hours, prepare for customer review and approval. Lead technician assigned upon project approval.
- Installation Services: Execute customer-approved plan to code, manage on-site personnel, monitor materials and deliveries, report to Project Manager.
- Testing & Certification: All installed cable and fiber tested and certified using analyzers (Agilent or Fluke) for code and compliance.
