Process overview...
Interviews and inventories are scheduled to assist in every facet of your move.  Detailed schedules are produced, and away we go!

• On Site Evaluation:  First we make a visit to your current site and your future location to identify your needs, assess the building logistics, building protection requirements, elevator accessibility and truck access. We'll complete an extensive inventory of your assets, contents, move schedule, evaluate packing material requirements and assist you with clarification of potential areas where MyOffice can help you save time and resources.

• Quote Process:  Back to the office we go to create a detailed, accurate and through  estimate and deliver it to you on time, as promised.

• Planning: After hiring MyOffice, we will handle the necessary documents and execute the planning phase of your project   providing you with a detailed schedule mapping out our plan to make your transition easy.

•Execution:  MyOffice will deliver boxes or crates and any other necessary equipment (keyboard / monitor bags, newsprint) that you may need to assist in your relocation project on the day you need them. We're behind the scenes planning, scheduling resources, documenting and working with you to ensure we are ready for move day.

• Move Day: Trucks, equipment and a highly qualified, detail oriented team of movers and their Site Supervisor arrive on time (every time) to move you. Every item that has been tagged will be organized and loaded in the trucks with efficiency to save time.  Once we arrive at the destination site your items are carefully removed from the trucks, carefully placed in the right location. Boxes and your custom, color-coded labels easily identify them, keyboard bags and monitors are lined up with where the end user will sit.  Conference room tables are reassembled and you are left ready to unpack and go.  If packing and unpacking doesn't’ sound like fun to you – not a problem; we do that too!
