Critical Business Issue:  Server Room is backbone of the company and must be live Monday morning at 8:00 am.

• Technicians completed the pc dis-connect & re-connect process on 350 pc’s starting on a Thursday evening with completion on Saturday morning allowing the customer IT staff adequate time to turn on and test all desktop PC’s.
