Project Scope: Peregrine Semiconductor was relocating into a new facility for their San Diego office. As a consequence of this move, they were adopting a new phone system that was currently installed in their recent location.
Schedule: 4 days (Friday to Monday).
Critical Business Issue: The Facility and IT Departments were responsible for all of the relocation services and they were adopting an outdated phone system that they had never supported before.
