Project Scope: A complete tenant improvement upgrade to every floor in a two building campus consisting of 200,000 square feet of office space, including new walls, carpet, paint, furniture & reconfiguration and cleaning of existing workstations and hard wall offices. This project included multiple moves for the staff into swing spaces, a transition plan, extensive used workstation inventory utilization issues and high volume storage issues. Schedule: The project was a multi-phase one year project.
Critical Business Issue: Complete the project and keep the staff working while moving all staff from one floor at a time. Also, inventory existing workstations, remove workstations from the facility into storage, complete the construction and upgrade to the facility, design new layout for furniture to increase space utilization, specify product needs to inventory available, order new furniture as needed, pull & install workstations and hard wall offices, re-wire for voice & data, move staff into upgraded space and then move on to the next floor.
Capabilities: Throughout the year long contract, MyOffice moved the staff’s PC’s, boxes & contents to their swing space location, provided PC & phone dis-connect and re-connect services, completed inventory of all existing furniture parts and pieces, consulted on solutions to utilize the existing inventory and its capability with new product, removed existing voice and data cabling from the building, removed all furniture from the building and placed it into storage at MyOffice, installed new voice & data cabling, pulled & delivered inventory from stock to install reconfigured workstations, installed new workstation product, provided custom cuts and product modification services, cleaned all panel and chairs fabric on existing product, kept a rolling inventory update and move all the staff’s contents, PC’s and boxes back into their new workstations or hard wall office.

Results: Every floor of the 2 building campus has now been upgraded to provide better space utilization and looks like new construction. The customer was able to re-use & clean existing furniture saving a significant amount of costs. The project was completed smoothly, with minimal disruption and every deadline was met on time and within budget.
