Project Scope: Complete Relocation Services to merge both of their Orange County Offices. SAES contracted with MyOffice for all of the services needed to complete their transition within one weekend. Schedule: Project took place over a weekend, included several weeks of Transition Management.
Critical Business Issue: For years SAES had been conducting business at two locations in Orange County and were looking to reduce their overhead by combining both locations. However, they were faced with the problem of the large expenditure necessary to relocate and combine both offices.
Capabilities: Throughout the weekend MyOffice moved the staff’s PC’s, boxes & contents to their new location, de-installed, transporte, re-installed and programmed the Partner ACS Telephone System, provided additional telecom equipment for new office, cabled new workstations for voice and data, provided electrician services, installation services for existing workstations/furniture, moved and stored surplus equipment in our warehouse including after move support.
