Q. When should I call MyOffice?
A. The earlier, the better! As soon as you know that you have something coming in and you need help, give us a call. We will jump right in the beginning phase and begin to plan with or for you.

Q. Do I need an estimate?
A. Yes! In order to assist you with your budget for this portion of your project a site walk and interview is needed to help you assess what to ask your boss for.

Q. How are consulting fees and project management fees calculated?
A. Depending on the type of project you are planning.  When we interview you and identify your needs we can explain to you our pricing structure.  

Q. What type of scheduling program do you use?
A. We use Microsoft Project©, Excel, and Adobe® PDF's.

Q. How long does it take to get a quote?
A. If your project is small, we turn the estimate around in 24-48 hours, If you need it quicker than that, our team of Project Managers are here to work with you.  If your project is larger than that, it takes a bit longer.

Q. How often can we meet so that you can deliver status?

A. As often as you would like.  We recommend that we meet with you once per week.  If you need more time with us, we would be happy to see you more often.  We also can generate schedule updates daily and email them to you.

Q. I don’t really know who any of the vendors are for my project. 
A. We do!  We have an extensive list of vendors in all areas that we partner with.  If you do have any vendor preferences but want to check for better pricing, we would be happy to create a sealed bidding process for you and manage it through.

Q. Can you recommend where I get new or used furniture?
A. We have a 30,000 square foot warehouse full of used office furniture ready for you to view.  Yes, this includes conference tables and chairs, too!  We can assist you in purchasing new furniture as well.

Q. I have a plan of my space, but I think it needs updated.  Can you help?

A. Absolutely.  We have our own space planners and inventory specialists that can view your furniture and update it for you.  In fact, this is something that must be done in order to ensure a quality reconfiguration.
